As noted in the "About Us" section, I have had a lifelong interest in the relationship of sound experience to visual experience.  I began photography at the age of eight and was developing and printing both black and white and color by my high school years.  I became interested in electronically generated images by 1969 so when digital photography "hit" I embraced it in a big way.  Today I do photographic reproductions of fine art, in conjunction with a colleague who owns a photo studio, produce fine art photographs, and give workshops in how to keep colors accurate in digital reproduction and how to make artist's books and other printed materials using on-demand print technology.  (See the Workshops link below).                                         - Eric Somers REPRODUCING ART If you are a visual artist producing painting, drawings, designs, etc. we can provide high quality reproductions of your work for sale, archival purposes, book reproduction, or the web.  For high end reproduction, we use the Betterlight scanning back on a large format camera -- the same system used by many top galleries and museums around the world -- to insure high color accuracy, fine resolution (for large prints), and perfect alignment of the image plane to the artwork.  Contact us for quotations (based on size and quantity of your art and the size and quality needed in the reproduction.  If you are interested in a workshop about how to do fine art reproduction within your own gallery, museum, company or educational institution, see the Workshops link below or contact us.
